Your Concerns
There are no restricted areas, no visiting hour policies, no 'parents not allowed' rules at Trinay. Our campus is open to parents at all times. We are proud of what we have built - and we want you to see it, touch it, and experience it for yourself.
You will receive regular updates on your child's academic progress, physical training, health, and achievements. You will never be left wondering. Our parent helpline is available for any question, at any time.
Trinay has a strict, zero-tolerance policy on ragging - enforced from day one, without exception. Every senior student at Trinay is trained to be a mentor, not a bully. If this policy is ever violated, the consequences are immediate and severe. Your child is safe here.
Every month, we celebrate the birthdays of all students born that month - together, as a family. Parents of birthday students are not just invited for the event - they can stay overnight on campus, share meals in our NDA-style mess, and experience exactly how their child lives. No other academy in India does this. Because we believe a parent should never feel far from their child.
We know this sounds difficult. But no mobile phone access is one of the most important decisions we make for our students. It is not a punishment - it is protection. Protection from distraction, from comparison, from the noise that stops young minds from finding their full potential. Your child will grow more in one year at Trinay without a phone than in three years anywhere else.
PARENT FAQS
Parents are welcome to visit at any time. There is no restriction on visits. We simply ask that you inform us a day in advance so we can ensure your child’s schedule is accommodated.
On the last weekend of every month, we celebrate all the birthdays of students born that month as a group. The birthday student’s parents are invited to join – and can stay on campus overnight, have meals in our mess, and spend time with their child in their room. It is our way of keeping families connected.
We provide regular progress reports and direct communication from faculty. Parents can contact their child’s mentor at any time for an update. We believe transparency is as important as results.
Very little – because Trinay provides almost everything. Uniforms, daily essentials, study materials – all provided. We send a complete joining kit with the exact list to every enrolled student. Personal belongings and identity documents are all that’s needed.
Yes. Trinay has a first aid and medical support facility on campus. For any medical situation requiring further attention, we coordinate with local hospitals immediately and inform parents without delay.
We have a fair and transparent refund policy. Please speak to our admissions team for complete details based on the timing of the withdrawal.
Mobile phones are collected on joining day and stored securely by the academy. Students have scheduled access to call home at designated times. In any emergency, the academy contacts parents immediately.
